You must be 25 years or older, per our insurance requirements.
Is a deposit or security hold required?
Yes β a $1,500 refundable deposit is required before your trip. Itβs returned after inspection once everything checks out.
What documents are required to rent?
Stationary rentals: Copy (front & back) of renterβs driverβs license.
Driving rentals: Copies (front & back) of every driverβs license (25+) listed on the MBA insurance policy, plus a copy of the active policy for verification before pickup.
Can I drive outside of Texas?
Absolutely! Explore freely β just remember, no off-roading.
Any restrictions on where I can take the RV?
Yes β off-roading is strictly prohibited. Dirt or gravel roads within campgrounds are fine, but rugged or unpaved terrain is not allowed.
Can I tow another vehicle or trailer?
No β towing is not permitted. The hitch is for accessories only (bike racks or small cargo racks). Unauthorized towing voids insurance and may forfeit your deposit.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! Weβll deliver, level, and connect the RV so itβs ready when you arrive.

How does a stationary rental work?

No, those fees are paid directly by the renter to the park or campground.
What are the pickup and drop-off times?
Pickup: 11 AM on your start date
Early pickup (8β11 AM): $75 when available
Drop-off: 3 PM on return day
Late returns:
After 3 PM β $100 per hour
After 6 PM β charged an additional full night
After 9 AM next day β deposit may be forfeited

Are pets allowed?
Yes! We love furry travelers β thereβs a $150 pet deposit, refundable if no pet-related damage occurs.
How many guests can stay?
Sleeps 10β12 people comfortably with six beds.

How many miles are included?
You get 300 miles per night (e.g., 3 nights = 900 miles).

What kind of fuel does it use?
Unleaded gasoline β premium fuel required for best performance. Save your receipts.
How do I refill the toy-hauler gas tank?
Located in the last compartment on the driverβs side; nozzle and filler slot are clearly labeled.
Can I use the generator if not at a campground?
Yes β 8 hours per day included, then $5/hour after.
To run all three A/C units, a 50-amp hookup is required.
Do I need to dump tanks or clean before return?
Yes β tanks must be emptied, and the RV returned clean.

What if something breaks?
Weβre available 24/7 to help. MBA Insurance offers Roadside Assistance ($15/day) or you can use your own AAA plan with RV coverage.
Whoβs responsible for tolls or tickets?
The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, or violations.
If we receive an invoice, weβll charge the toll plus a $25 processing fee per incident.
We recommend using your own TxTag or TollPass to avoid added fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do I need rental insurance?
Yes β MBA Rental Insurance ($81/day) is required for all driving rentals.
Stationary rentals do not require MBA coverage.
Whatβs your cancellation policy?
30+ days before start: Full refund minus $100 fee
15β30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
Dates are reserved for you; no refunds for early returns.
What if something is damaged?
Interior: deducted from deposit
Exterior: handled through MBA insurance
What if I return early or late?
Early returns are fine but non-refundable.

Peak and special-event dates require a 15% rate increase and may have minimum stay requirements:
